The hotel was conveniently located in the center, close to all major attractions in Rome. it was within walking distance to Termini station. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing tour information and offering exceptional service. The breakfast, although lacking variety, had good quality options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. it was a pleasant stay despite the disappointment with the room.
The room did not match the pictures and the price was not justified.

This hotel has it all! the location is unbeatable. It's just a stone's throw away from the Vatican and other major attractions. Plus, the surrounding area is dotted with charming restaurants and cafes, perfect for discovering new flavors. And with the metro close by, exploring the sights is a breeze!

Lovely stay at Flat 285! We were welcomed by a friendly and helpful host who gave us great recommendations for our visit. Our room was clean and ready with beautiful marble tiles in the bathroom. The location was perfect, right next to the Vatican. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Vatican city and the Metro Station. It was also close to several nice restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. On check-in, we received a map of the city and a detailed introduction to all the main attractions, conveniently within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary appliances. We loved the daily cleaning service, made the room look as if we had just checked in. The breakfast, served at a nearby cafe, offered freshly baked croissants and delicious coffee.
